Description

HELUZ ceramic ceiling panels are most commonly used in residential and civic buildings, but their use is also possible in industrial and agricultural buildings up to a room diameter of 7 meters. HELUZ ceramic panels can bear loads immediately after installed on a wall. These ceilings are relatively flexible, can be combined with HELUZ MIAKO ceramic beamed ceilings and used in rugged floor plans. However, they are not appropriate for buildings that are dynamically loaded.

HELUZ balcony panels are manufactured in widths of 1200 and 800 mm, panel corbelling behind the masonry face is restricted to a length of 1200 mm, and the total length of the panels is minimum 4,600 mm and maximum 8,000 mm. The height of the panels in the interior is 230 mm, the corbelled part of the balcony is in a slope - the height is 160 mm at the end of the corbel, and the panel height is 190 mm at the outer wall face. At the point where the panel is mounted on the masonry, 140 mm thick thermal insulation is embedded between the ceramic inserts with XPS polystyrene, the concrete rib extends over the perimeter walls, and the main load-bearing reinforcement bracket is inserted. To determine the length of the panel, it is necessary to know the length of the fit on the inner wall, the clear spacing, thickness of the perimeter walls and the corbel length. The panels are also made to order, so it is possible to determine whether it will be a central or outer (left and right) panel in the corbelled section and subsequently produce it thus. An opening in the panel axis can be made in the balcony panel. The maximum width is 600 mm and the distance of the opening from the edge of the corbelled panel face is minimum 3,100 mm.
